1. Delivery Method

All products available on this website are digital downloads. No physical products (e.g., printed books, CDs, or hardware) will be shipped to your physical address.

2. The Delivery Process

Upon successful completion of your purchase, the delivery process occurs as follows:

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after payment.

  • Download Link: A section within your confirmation email (or a second email) will contain a unique download link or access instructions for your digital product.

3. Timing

In most cases, the email containing your download link is sent instantaneously. However, please allow up to 30 minutes for our systems to process the transaction.

4. Technical Requirements

To access and use our digital products, you will generally need:

  • A stable internet connection.

  • A valid email address (provided at checkout).

  • Compatible software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat for PDFs).

5. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues

If you have not received your download link within one hour of purchase, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your Spam/Junk Folder: Automated emails are sometimes flagged by email providers.

  2. Verify the Email Address: Ensure the email address used during checkout was typed correctly.

  3. Check Payment Status: Confirm that your payment was successfully processed and not "pending."

If you still face issues accessing your product, please contact our support team within 7 days after the purchase at support@myskillguru.com. We will manually resend the link or provide an alternative download method as quick as possible.

6. Download Limits and Expiration

  • Link Expiration: For security purposes, download links may expire after 72 hours or after 3 successful download attempts.

  • Backup: We strongly recommend that you save the digital files to your local hard drive or cloud storage immediately upon download.

7. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, which are deemed "used" at the time of download or opening, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been sent. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
