Refund policy

At SkillGuru, we stand behind our products, but we also acknowledge the unique nature of digital content. Because our products are delivered instantly via digital download, they are considered "used" once the download link is delivered or accessed.

1. General "No Refund" Policy

As a general rule, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned or recovered once access has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download process has begun or the link has been delivered to your email.

2. Exceptions to the Policy

We believe in fairness. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or store credit under the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice within a 24-hour period, we will refund the second purchase.

  • Technical Defect: If the digital file is corrupted or broken and our support team cannot provide a working version within 7 days.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please submit a request to support@myskillguru.com with the following information:

  1. Order Number

  2. The email address used for the purchase

  3. A detailed explanation of the issue (including screenshots of any technical errors).

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

5. EU/UK Consumer Rights Notice

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. However, for digital content, this right expires the moment you provide express consent to begin the download or access the content, thereby acknowledging that you waive your right to a refund.
